- Delivered video content has significant quality issues that cannot be resolved
- Video does not meet the basic technical requirements specified in the project brief
- Content delivery failed due to our technical limitations
2.3 Service Cancellation
- Project cancelled before work begins: Full refund
- Project cancelled after initial consultation but before production: 90% refund
- Project cancelled during production: Partial refund based on work completed
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Services delivered as specified and agreed upon
- Minor revisions or adjustments that are within scope
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction after approval
- External factors preventing use of delivered content
- Projects completed more than 30 days ago

- Other Methods: Up to 14 business days
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Resources already allocated to the project
- Time invested in project planning and setup
- Custom work that cannot be reused
6. Revision Policy

- Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in all projects
